Even the most powerful telescopes available that look for billions of light years in to the space, can capture only the past. As the light captures from those telescopes have left those galaxies billions of years ago

Any advance civilization who can travel through space, may still find difficult to reach further into the space as space itself expands.

2. We may not too Evolved to Communicate Interstellar

May be the medium to communicate interstellar is not the electromagnetic waves that we are using at the moment
